They are made of quality wood and acrylic for a modern, sleek look. The base can be made of baltic birch or walnut plywood, and the letters are made of 1/4-inch-thick clear acrylic. The backer wood is laid with a waterproof vinyl design. Each puzzle can be engraved with a middle or last name, or no name at all. Please specify the name combinations at checkout.

Letters stand about 2.5 inches tall and are about 0.25 inches thick—a perfect size for little hands. Overall puzzle length depends on the number of characters. All letters are in uppercase.

Note: Each puzzle will not look exactly the same because wood itself can have many different grain variations.

Overall puzzle height is about 4.5” wide and can be as long as 18” depending on the length of the name.
